Find your vibe to thriving with ADHD
Who I Love Working With
Adults
ADHD doesn’t just “go away.” Maybe you were diagnosed recently, or maybe you've suspected ADHD for years. You're successful in many ways, but you're exhausted from working twice as hard, constantly feeling behind, and wondering why life seems easier for everyone else. Together, we'll build strategies that work with your brain—not against it.
Students
Watching your child struggle can be heartbreaking, and parenting an ADHD brain doesn't come with an instruction manual. We'll work together to better understand your child's strengths, reduce conflict, build confidence, and create practical strategies that help your whole family thrive. Additionally, having been a special educator, I can help you navigate and interpret IEPs and 504 plans.
Educators
Whether you're falling behind, feeling overwhelmed, or just tired of hearing that you need to "try harder," you're not alone. Together we'll build skills, confidence, and self-understanding so you can succeed in school without losing sight of what makes you unique.
Parents
You want to support your students without burning yourself out. Teaching students with ADHD and other neurodivergent learners can be incredibly rewarding—and incredibly challenging. As a longtime special educator, I understand both sides of the desk. Together we'll explore practical strategies that support students while making your classroom feel more manageable and sustainable.
Meet Ryan
I'm an ADHD coach, special educator, and fellow ADHDer who wasn't diagnosed until age 50. My own journey taught me that living with ADHD isn't about trying harder—it's about understanding your brain and learning to work with it instead of against it.
For more than 20 years, I've worked with students, parents, educators, and adults navigating the challenges (and incredible strengths) that come with ADHD. My coaching is rooted in curiosity, humor, compassion, and the belief that lasting change comes from building on what's already right with you—not just fixing what feels wrong.
If you've spent years feeling like you just need to try harder, you're not alone. I know how exhausting that can be, and I also know there's a different way forward.
More than 20 years of experience as an educator, including over a decade as a special educator.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 50,(better late than never) bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to my coaching.
I know how discouraging it can feel to work twice as hard, forget the important thing (again), or wonder why life seems easier for everyone else. You deserve support, not shame.
My coaching is strengths-based, practical, and neuroaffirming. Together we'll build systems that fit your brain instead of expecting your brain to fit someone else's system.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me on a mountain bike, in the mountains, or attempting to learn something that's probably harder than it needs to be (currently: surfing).
Your brain isn't broken. It just deserves better instructions.

What does coaching look like?

Our sessions start with you. And we walk together on this journey.
Our time together will be spent exploring whatever challenge, goal, or question you bring that day. I believe that we already hold many of the keys to unlocking our potential—it just takes some curiosity, reflection, and a different perspective to find them.
You can expect a kind, supportive ear, plenty of curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor along the way. ADHD can be frustrating, but it doesn't mean coaching has to be heavy all the time.
When it's helpful, I'll share what we know about the neuroscience of ADHD and why our brains do some of the wonderfully confusing things they do. Understanding why can often replace self-judgment with self-compassion, and we could all use a little more grace.
And yes, I'll absolutely offer strategies, tools, and ideas when they're needed—but not as a prescription. My goal isn't to hand you someone else's solutions. It's to help you discover the approaches that fit your brain, because those are the ones most likely to stick.
Testimonials
“Working with Ryan provided invaluable guidance as we navigated the early stages of my son’s ADHD diagnosis. The knowledge and practical strategies I gained through this experience have strengthened my ability to advocate for my son and maintain meaningful, productive communication with his teachers. Most importantly, Ryan’s guidance has given our family a greater understanding of how to support our son’s individual needs and help him thrive as he learns and grows.

Coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't consulting. It's a collaborative partnership where we explore the challenges you're facing, uncover your strengths, and create practical strategies that fit the way your brain works. I'll ask questions, offer perspective, share ADHD education and tools when they're helpful, and help you discover solutions that feel authentic and sustainable. My job isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you uncover your own best path forward.

No you don’t. Many of us know that we have ADHD, as I did for the better part of 25 years before getting diagnosed. And given the technology and other environmental factors out there many of us are simply facing some type of Executive Dysfunction that looks a lot like ADHD and can be helped with the same processes.
